Our Changing Climate

This summer term Learning and Teaching Scotland, in partnership with the Scottish Executive Environment Group, is offering 'Our Changing Climate'. This interactive online event for Scottish schools is based on the theme of climate change.

Suitable for upper primary and lower secondary pupils this research based event will take place from 23 May to 10 June 2005 and is a cross-curricular project for children to explore issues of environmental sustainability in the run up to the G8 Summit at Gleneagles.

The learning environment is now open for registration, so teachers can start to access the necessary background information that will help familiarise them and their pupils with project themes, vocabulary and activities.
