Personal Finance

The Personal Finance Education Group have a website that has teaching resources that support teaching in personal finance. The materials are organised into year groupings and the lessons are matched to the publication 'Financial Education in Scottish Schools: A Statement of Position' published by Learning and Teaching Scotland. Case studies give examples of how ICT can be used in financial transactions, raising money in schools, raising and spending taxes and activity ideas such as coin recognition etc. Many of the resources are free and can be downloaded.
